DIGITAL PRESENCE INSPECTION REPORT

Pothole Patch Co

Warm Springs, GA  ·  Serving Middle Georgia & Eastern Alabama

Every report we run follows the same idea you use on a lot full of potholes: inspect first, diagnose what’s actually not working, then patch the right thing. This is that inspection for your website, your listings, and your reviews. ***Please note that this is not a full critical review, and rather than be sycophantic or otherwise, it is just a technical assessment.

HOW THIS WAS BUILT

What we actually checked

Between July 6-7, 2026 we reviewed your live website page by page, ran the searches a customer would run for pothole and asphalt repair near Warm Springs, checked for a Google Business Profile, and looked for reviews and social profiles under Pothole Patch Co. Nineteen checks across four categories. No guessing, no filler stats, just what’s actually visible to a customer or to Google right now. We have a tool that helps to evaluate these things.

The short version: the website itself is in decent shape. Everything around it isn’t, and that’s the part costing you calls.

THE SHORT VERSION

Executive Summary

Your website does its job. The message is clear, the guarantee is specific, and the FAQ section answers the real objections a property manager has before they pick up the phone [cold patch versus a real repair], whether the lot has to close, whether you’re insured. That part is genuinely well done.

The trouble is everything around the website. We couldn’t find a Google Business Profile for Pothole Patch Co, which means you don’t show up in the map results when someone nearby searches “pothole repair.” Your old business name, Pavement Repair Solutions, is still live at its own web address, with a different guarantee and a different phone number than your current site. Right now, Pothole Patch Co is quietly competing with itself for the same customer.

None of this is a rebuild. It’s a repair, and a fairly straightforward one.

THE DETAIL

Nineteen checks, one by one

WEBSITE FOUNDATION

5 / 8
Secure connection (HTTPS)
Mobile-friendly layout
Clear headline and value proposition above the fold
Working quote-request form
FAQ section that handles real objections
No meta description found on Home, About, or Contact, that’s the line Google shows under your listing in search results; right now Google is writing it for you
No testimonials or reviews shown on the site
No blog or ongoing content, and that is VERY important right now! Only three pages total: Home, About, Contact

LOCAL & LISTINGS PRESENCE

0 / 5
No Google Business Profile found — no map pin, no reviews, no “call now” button on Google
Business name inconsistent across the web — Pavement Repair Solutions is still active
Phone number inconsistent on your own site — homepage footer lists 706-655-6937, Contact page lists 706-655-4102
Old web address still live and actively taking quote requests
Didn’t surface in our test searches near Warm Springs — competitors did

REPUTATION & REVIEWS

0 / 3
No reviews found under the Pothole Patch Co name
No star rating or review count shown anywhere on the site
Four real customer testimonials exist — Parker Perrien, Gini Craft, Michael Wright, Norman Davis — but they’re stranded on the old site

SOCIAL MEDIA

0 / 3
No active Facebook or Instagram profile found under Pothole Patch Co
Footer icons for Instagram and Dribbble don’t lead anywhere we could find — Dribbble is a design-portfolio site with nothing to do with asphalt, a sign these are leftover template icons
No social proof currently being shared publicly

Score = number of best-practice checks passed (5) out of 19 checked, based only on publicly visible information — not Google Analytics or Search Console data, which we don’t yet have access to. Categories are weighted by raw check count, not by opinion.

THE BIG ONE

The finding that matters most

You’re competing with your old self

pavementrepairsolutions.com is still live. It has its own quote form, its own guarantee, and the same phone number as your current Contact page. A Chamber of Commerce directory still lists the business under the old name at the old street address. To a customer, or to Google, this looks like two different companies. That splits whatever trust, reviews, and search visibility you’ve already earned right down the middle.

OLD SITEpavementrepairsolutions.com — still live, still taking quotes
GUARANTEE MISMATCH5-year guarantee (old site) vs. 3-year guarantee (new site)
DIRECTORY LISTINGChamber of Commerce still shows “Pavement Repair Solutions,” 44 Hugh Smith St.
NEXT STEPS

Your Success Plan

The same way you’d triage a lot full of potholes — the most important areas first. Here’s the order we’d work in.

01

Full listing sweep

Find every place Pothole Patch Co — and Pavement Repair Solutions — shows up online.

02

One name, one number, one guarantee

Pick the version of the truth and make it consistent everywhere.

03

Build the Google Business Profile

The single highest-impact fix on this whole list.

04

Retire or redirect the old site

Send its traffic, trust, and testimonials to the site you actually want customers to find.

05

Put those testimonials back to work

Four real reviews, sitting on a site nobody’s finding. Move them where they’ll count.

This is a diagnostic, not a pitch

If it’s useful, we can help turn these five repairs into a full plan — Feel free to contact us.
